Event Replay: The 3 Roles of Research in Grant Requests

ESSA Evidence for Leader in Me

The Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA) encourages district and school leaders to select evidence-based programs backed by data which demonstrates an improvement in student outcomes. ESSA specifies four tiers of acceptable evidence and this resource documents how Leader in Me meets Tier 2: Moderate Evidence.

ESSER Funding and Leader in Me

All three of the Elementary and Secondary Schools Emergency Relief (ESSER) allocations can be used to fund Leader in Me. This resource aligns the different components of Leader in Me with the allowable uses of funds for ESSER I, II, and III.

Federal Programs and Leader in Me

Leader in Me and its components can be funded through several Federal Programs, including:

  • · Title I, Part A — Improving the Academic Achievement of the Disadvantaged
