She designed, implemented and managed the Jacksonville Network for Strengthening Families serving over 4,000 families. The grant-funded initiative offered a customized version of The 7 Habits of Highly Effective Families along with wraparound services.

Cenizal’s extensive expertise is grounded in research related to family strengthening, child welfare, workforce development, violence prevention, offender re-entry and poverty reduction. Recognized as a national expert, she has presented at conferences nationwide. She has authored numerous publications on promising practices aiding high-risk, low-resource and culturally-diverse populations. As a Nationally Certified Family Life Educator (CFLE), she serves on the Advisory Board for the National Council on Family Relations.
