Betsy has served in a variety of meaningful and exciting leadership positions. She is currently a Senior Consultant and Educational Coach at FranklinCovey. She has been a teacher, principal, professional development director, and keynote speaker around the country with a variety of audiences.
Betsy is educated and balanced. She is a graduate of Leadership Jacksonville, The Weaver Executive Leadership Cadre, and serves on the Ponte Vedra Arts Council and Chamber of Commerce. She also serves on the Board of Directors for the Literacy Coalition at Grace Place for Children and Families. She holds an undergraduate degree in music and specific learning disabilities, a master’s degree in educational leadership, and she continues to refine her doctoral dissertation at the University of North Florida. She loves to read, jog, and spend time with her bulldog, Gus, and her four beautiful granddaughters.
Betsy loves to push paradigms and inspire reflective thinking with her audience. Her many years of leading professional development and time spent as an administrator and a Clinical Educator at the University level has prepared her to focus on individual contribution, group synergy, high capacity systems, and intentional measurable results for all stakeholders. Her humor will give participants the pause needed to make significant change internally, and within their organizations.
