Perceptions of the Leader in Me Process in Regard to Student Discipline

In this peer-reviewed research study, teachers from nine Leader in Me Schools answered a series of questions about implementing LiM and perceived aspects of student discipline. A correlational analysis revealed a significant relationship between the implementation of LiM and perceived reduction in student discipline. Teacher perception points to lower incidences of student discipline as a result of implementing LiM.
