Mulberry students pick up some good habits: Classes show off how effective they are

MUSCATINE, Iowa — Nearly 300 parents and community members packed the halls of Mulberry Elementary School for Leadership Day.
The event lasted the entire school day, said Mulberry principal Ann Goodman, and was the fourth one the school has held. Leadership Day is tied to the seven habits the grade schools in the Muscatine Community School District teach as part of the district’s The Leader in Me program.
