Whether in a coaching session with an urban superintendent, a two-day workshop with rural teachers, a class of women transitioning into the workforce, or even in Durban, South Africa, collaborating with attendees at a UN conference, Erica fosters transformation and connection wherever she goes.
With a career spanning K-16 instruction, nonprofit leadership, youth development, and the arts, Erica is prepared to provide meaningful workshops for all education professionals bringing the richness of her experiences to every session.
Early in her career, Erica researched communities of color for the Missouri Historical Society, and uncovered the strong legacy of African American neighborhoods despite present-day challenges. Recognizing this hidden potential formed the foundation of her mission: fostering positive change and empowering individuals and communities everywhere.
Erica served as the founding Program Director for College Summit, an innovative social entrepreneurship organization. She honed her skills in youth development, team leadership, and volunteer management at Wyman Center and TRIO Upward Bound while also serving on various boards including Haven of Grace, United Way’s East Side Aligned, and more.
Erica’s extensive facilitation practice allows her to move effortlessly from the boardroom to the classroom, bringing a powerful mixture of engagement, diverse experience, and inspiration that helps clients gain insight and achieve, or often exceed their most meaningful goals.
