Ashley Carranco has the honor and privilege to serve as a Leader in Me Coach and Consultant for FranklinCovey. She has been with FranklinCovey since 2015.
Prior to joining FranklinCovey, Ashley served as a teacher, Instructional Specialist, Assistant Principal and Principal. Her first experience with the 7 Habits of Highly Effective was in college at Baylor University. Each time she delivers or experiences the 7 Habits she gains new knowledge and perspective that impacts her personal and professional life.
She is a lifelong learner passionate about leaving the world better than she found it. Ashley is a dynamic presenter, active listener and has a Strengths-finder top strength of WOO (winning others over). Each of these qualities helps her connect with her audience, resulting in high engagement, impactful connection and meaningful results.
A native Texan, Ashley proudly calls Houston, Texas home. She enjoys spending time with her family, cheering loudly at sporting events, and traveling the world.
