Coaches connect with your principal and Lighthouse Coordinator(s) on three Implementation calls. These calls help your school leadership team develop deeper understanding about Leader in Me principles, equip you the tools to put new learning into practice, and allow everyone time to assess and celebrate results in a cycle of continuous learning and improvement.
Online professional learning is a new Leader in Me membership benefit. Recent hires and anyone who missed the live training will be able to complete 7 Habits, Core, and purchased Impact Journey courses online. Your whole staff will benefit from the ability to review and reference content on-demand, including videos and assessments!
We know that yet another assessment measure can be exhausting. But while many SEL programs struggle to define and measure impact, our Measurable Results Assessment (MRA) provides a broad view of Leader in Me’s whole-school impact on leadership, culture, and academics. The results then help district, school, and Lighthouse Team leaders set clear goals and target limited resources at the highest leverage efforts. We’d say it’s absolutely worth the investment to get the survey into the hands of students, teachers, and families! More than one million MRA surveys have been completed thus far and that experience has allowed FranklinCovey to refine the MRA to be even easier to administer and interpret in the new Leader in Me.
Annual District Membership includes two days with a FranklinCovey Coach. In the first year, your district can use one of these days for the District Design Session. The other day could be used for mentoring calls with a coach, multi-district online Professional Learning Team sessions, shadow and debrief days, or custom coaching. And, of course, if your district needs additional coaching days, they can easily be added!
District membership also grants district staff access to Leader in Me Online resources through your district portal. This includes certification courses, workshops, and opportunities to deepen professional development. With that comes the MRA dashboards for each of the Leader in Me schools in the district, which empowers your district leaders to celebrate and support the results their schools are achieving through the process.
