End in Mind

The summer learning experience has been designed to prioritize high engagement games, getting students up and moving, and creating positive experiences and relationships between students and staff.

There are three options for delivery:

• Educator-Guided (K–8): Teachers receive personal development training, and students are engaged in leadership-building activities.
• FranklinCovey Consultant-Led, 5 day (High School): Students engage in a customized 7 Habits Signature™ experience, designed to equip them with necessary life skills in a fun environment.
• Teach to Learn Experience, 8 day (High School): High school students experience the 5 day 7 Habits PLUS a 1 day Teach to Learn training and 2 day reflective summit and life planning experience based on the 4 Disciplines of Execution.

SDUSD is the second-largest district in California. In the spring of 2021, they were looking for a summer program that could reconnect their students back to school after being out for more than 1.5 years because of the pandemic, and foster student-to-student and student-to-teacher connection.
