He is a versatile keynoter who regularly speaks to students and adults  within schools and organizations and has appeared on numerous radio and TV shows. 

Lynn Kosinski

Coach & Consultant at FranklinCovey Education

 

Lynn Fairbrother Kosinski is an author, coach, consultant, and product architect. Lynn is passionate about helping clients achieve measurable results through focusing their priorities and installing systems that engage all stakeholders in the achievement of their goals. Lynn is the lead architect for many of FranklinCovey’s Education Division 4DX solutions. She serves a coach and consultant and has facilitated 4DX content to clients worldwide.

 

Prior to joining FranklinCovey, Lynn spent over twenty-five years in K-12 education, starting in the elementary classroom. Lynn was named an elementary principal at age 25, launching a long administrative career. Thereafter she gained valuable experience as a middle school principal, eventually moving to central office roles as Director of Elementary Education, Director of Secondary Education and ultimately, Assistant Superintendent of Curriculum of Instruction.

Meg Thompson

Vice President & General Manager of FranklinCovey Education

 

Meg Thompson is Vice President – General Manager of FranklinCovey Education. Meg is passionate about helping clients identify and execute on their highest priorities by leveraging the strengths of organizational leadership. She has more than 30 years’ experience in developing organizations on a global level. Prior to joining FranklinCovey, Meg spent more than 15 years in organizational development roles in the oil, pharmaceutical and technology industries. In each role, her purpose was to improve productivity and performance while developing the human capital of the organization. Meg has worked directly with corporate, marketing, research and development as well as manufacturing functions to improve systems and performance. She has the unique ability to synthesize both human and business requirements. This ability has enabled Meg to provide critical support for educational institutions as well.

In Meg’s work with FranklinCovey, she has been sought out to work with senior executives from the Fortune 20, 100 and 500 companies as well as senior leaders in education from ivy league to the public sector. Meg has been named to, Who’s Who in Industry and Finance, Who’s Who in Training and Development, International Who’s Who of Professionals, United Who’s Who-Honors Edition and Who’s Who Executives in Research and Education.
