Summer Learning

SDUSD is the second-largest district in California. In the spring of 2021, they were looking for a summer program that could reconnect their students back to school after being out for more than 1.5 years because of the pandemic, and foster student-to-student and student-to-teacher connection. They built a program powered by both the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People and direct-teach components of Leader in Me and delivered that to over 13,000 students and 1,000 teachers during the 2021 summer term.
