Coaches connect with teachers, staff, and administrators as they help develop deeper understanding about Leader in Me principles, equip them with the tools to put the learning into practice, and allow everyone time to celebrate results in a cycle of continuous learning and improvement.
Expert guidance to ensure progress towards measurable results
Coaches connect with your principal and Lighthouse Coordinator(s) on three Implementation calls. These calls help your school leadership team develop deeper understanding about Leader in Me principles, equip you the tools to put new learning into practice, and allow everyone time to assess and celebrate results in a cycle of continuous learning and improvement.
Academic Achievement Coaching is designed to help schools implement and refine their academic goal achievement system using the 4 Disciplines of Execution (4DX). This often involves detailed work on Wildly Important Goals and Lead Measures with grade levels or action teams over time, for example one coaching day a month. As part of Academic Achievement coaching, the coach also may help with implementation coaching related to Learning Recovery Workshops.
Targeted Coaching Sessions allow your school the opportunity to go deeper into existing content, experience new content, or create a custom experience. Your coach will connect you to the Leader in Me Online resources that can guide or deepen your new learning in your selected area, and help your school achieve the results you’re targeting.
Targeted Coaching Sessions do not require a full professional development day – and they do not require you to purchase materials. You decide what, when, and how many.
